By the sea
The Thistleby sisters’ promenade, with time to look out over the water.
Beatrice and Louisa have come to the seaside together. From their table there is a view towards the water; outside, the promenade offers somewhere to walk beneath the lamps.
The holiday leaves room for different interests. Beatrice plays the piano, while the little boat game gives the sisters another way to pass some time together. A window, a penny, and something to try can be quite enough for an outing.
Follow them along the front, then back indoors. You do not need a timetable or a destination beyond the evening.
